I love Virginia's prints. I live in Los Angeles where they're hard to find--can't really figure that one out--so every time I go to Seattle I stop at Juniper to pick up another tunic, another bag, another shawl...just can't get enough!
I would love to surprise my mom for her 52nd birthday at the end of the month with a Virginia Johnson scarf! All of us just adore your prints.
I'm Alison's sister and we both love Virginia Johnson. Whenever people come to Toronto from out of town, we bring them to the Virginia Johnson boutique on Ossington so they can bring home a pretty little Canadian artifact. And it's true, all of the women in our family are obsessed.
This fellow Canadian is a big fan!

Perfect summer wrap!
The other day my bf told me he dreamt he was an astronaut and had to fight off sharks in space. Funny right? I think we have the makings of a sequel to the movie Snakes on a Plane: Space Sharks! Every time I'd wear this shawl it would remind me of his funny dream.
I always wear a shawl when I go for a morning/evening walk with my baby and I usually end up wrapping myself and my boy with it.
He would love the soft feel of the fabric and the image...and it will keep both of us warm and looking stylish!

This shawl has special meaning to me. I used to be part-shark . I threw it all away on a no-good Prince who fell off his boat. Probably drunk - Red Flag ladies. I lost my voice for him and my sexy fin and fishtail. This beautiful shawl reminds me of my loving family that I foolishly left behind.
