Happy Anniversary Fred! Fred Loudoun-Shand, a very talented textile designer and friend from the UK, got married last spring in a Virginia Johnson dress (green pod ballerina dress from a few seasons back). She flew to New York with her husband-to-be and baby to get married at City Hall. Although ceremonies are now held at the Marriage Bureau, they have a large backdrop set up so people can still get the classic photo of themselves on the front steps.
